The world of ceramic coatings and auto detailing is mired with numerous misleading information targeted at luring people with false promises. This has made building trust extremely difficult. Getting a Ceramic coating installation is an investment and must be chosen wisely. As a certified professional Ceramic Pro installer, we would love to share some facts, advice, and terms.

1.0 PROVIDING A STRESS-FREE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

We will ALWAYS do what is necessary and reasonable for total customer satisfaction provided any and all issues are accurately reported to us within 30 days of service completion. All of our services are performed professionally, and all precautions are taken to ensure we do not cause damage to the vehicle/vessel while in our care.

We make every effort to produce information that is current, informative, and offers value. That being so, we do not guarantee or warrant that information on this website is accurate or complete. Occasionally throughout our website and contact with the customer, we can mention brand names and manufacturers. These are trademarked and corporate brand names, and we do not claim to be an extension of them.

3.0 PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO

We may occasionally take pictures or videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes, such as posting on our social media channels. These will never be sold or given to third parties. We always respect customer privacy.

4.0 PREPARING YOUR VEHICLE

Prior to the car detail, please remove all personal items from the vehicle and empty any compartments. If, for any reason, you do not want a particular area of your vehicle to be cleaned or detailed, please let us know before we begin a job. We will package any personal items we find while servicing your vehicle into plastic bags and return the items to your vehicle once were finished. That being said, we will not be held responsible for damage or loss to any item left inside or outside the car.

5.0 CERAMIC PRO COATING IS NOT A MIRACLE ‘FIRE AND FORGET’ PRODUCT.

Every paint protectant offered and installed by VIP Auto Spa is tested by the manufacturer as well as our own operation to verify the longevity claims made of it. However, despite being very durable, ceramic coatings are not bulletproof. There is a HUGE difference between being scratch-resistant and scratch-proof. A ceramic coating that has been applied correctly can help resist scratches but is by no means scratch-proof. Beware of any hype that promises no maintenance as part of the deal. The vehicle still needs to be washed regularly with the correct techniques. We will provide you with an aftercare and warranty guide that highlights all you need to do to maintain your car’s pristine condition.

6.0 CERAMIC COATING RESULTS MAY VARY.

Any testimonials on our company website reflect the real-life experiences and opinions of such users. However, the experiences are personal to those particular users and may not necessarily be representative of all users of our products or services. While we do our absolute best to bring your car to the best condition possible, the client must reasonably remain within a limit of expectations for the service. We do not claim, and neither should you assume, that all users will have the same experiences.

7.0 COST ESTIMATES

VIP Auto Spa must conduct a consultation with you and see the vehicle before providing you the total cost and time estimate. We reserve the right to adjust any over-the-phone cost or time estimate after we have visually inspected your vehicle. A written estimate is good for 5 days. An estimate is not binding beyond 5 days of the date of the estimate OR if the vehicle condition changes between the time the vehicle was inspected and the scheduled appointment.

8.0 PAYMENTS

Once VIP Auto Spa has completed the services requested by the customer, full payment is due immediately unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. It’s the client’s responsibility to have payment ready as agreed upon in the initial invoice. Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Check, Card, or Electronic Payment (for example, PayPal, Venmo, etc.). All checks returned for insufficient funds will be subject to a 20% penalty charge derived from and added to the original payment amount.

10.0 NO RUSH

VIP Auto Spa’s reputation is built on excellence, and we will not compromise the integrity of our work by taking shortcuts. Therefore it’s vital to allow for the full amount of time required to ensure excellent results and prevent errors. We know how important cars are for our daily lives, so we request you to please plan ahead and schedule accordingly. We will do our best to ensure that deadlines are met, but there may be some circumstances that will require more time than initially estimated. If this happens, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

11.0 PRE-EXISTING CONDITION AND DAMAGE

It is essential to perform a physical inspection of your vehicle and understand your vehicle’s exterior and mechanical conditions. You should also advise us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that would prevent us from completing the detail. These may include low battery, trunk permanently shut, windows don’t roll down, etc.

VIP Auto Spa will take responsibility for any vehicle malfunction directly caused by our equipment so long as the damage:

  1. Does not involve a pre-existing condition, accessory, or component of your vehicle.

  2. Does not arise out of your negligence or misconduct.

  3. Is not caused directly or indirectly by another customer’s actions.

We will provide you with the contact information of a reputable auto body shop to provide a cost estimate and repair the damage for which we agree we are responsible. Should you choose to obtain an estimate or repairs from a different body shop, we reserve the right to reimburse you only for the reasonable cost of the repairs for which we agree we are responsible.

12.0 LIMIT OF LIABILITY

Our entire liability for providing services is limited to the invoice amount for the service we provide. Further, we will not pay for your litigation costs or attorney’s fees in any claim or lawsuit against us, and we will seek reimbursement of our litigation costs and attorney’s fees should we prevail in any such claim or lawsuit. Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless VIP Auto Spa, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney’s fees, resulting from any service provided or injury after our services have been completed.

13.0 COPYRIGHT

Any visitor to these Web pages may download, copy or transmit, solely for informational and noncommercial personal purposes only. Each copy of these materials must retain all copyright, and other propriety notices contained therein. The VIP Auto Spa name and logo are registered trademarks. 14.0 SERVICE REFUSAL, DO NOT SERVE, AND FRAUD POLICY

VIP Auto Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any customer. Customers who abruptly cancel their appointments or maliciously slander and malign VIP Detailing will be placed on a “Do Not Serve” List permanently and will be blocked from phones, emails, and any digital venues under the control of VIP Auto Spa. Customers who knowingly and willingly attempt to defraud VIP Detailing Inc will be reported to law enforcement and will be prosecuted to the fullest extents of Federal/ State Law.

15.0 VERIFICATION OF INSURANCE AND STATE LICENSE POLICY

VIP Auto Spa owns and operates its business as a certified, licensed, and insured business.

All clients desiring physical verification of these statuses are welcomed to see these proofs without fear of resistance or harassment.
