DETAILING: WHAT TO KNOW IN ADVANCE

This page lists disclaimers on VIP Auto Spa's services and scope of work for detailing your vehicle. This is in line with our policy of being transparent with our clients and clearly stating the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

Interior Detailing

Clients are requested to remove all personal items from the vehicle and empty any compartments before the appointment. While we commit to doing our best to work around your things, please do your part in helping keep your valued items secure. We will package any personal items we find while servicing your vehicle into plastic bags and return the items to your car once we’re finished. That being said, VIP Auto Spa will not be held responsible for damage or loss to any item left inside the vehicle.

We are not experts in re-installing child seats to meet specifications. If there are any child car seat(s), we request you remove them prior to the appointment. We will return ALL car seats to your vehicle unattached & upside down and it is your responsibility to reinstall them properly.

If, for any reason, you do not want a particular area of your vehicle's interior to be detailed, please let us know before we begin a job.

Exterior Detailing

It is important to perform a physical inspection of your vehicle and understand its exterior and mechanical conditions. VIP Auto Spa will not be held liable for any vehicle malfunction (cosmetic or mechanical) unless it's caused and proven by one of our products or equipment. These include rock chips, scratches, dents, dead batteries, headlamps, electrical, and suspension.

VIP Auto Spa is not a paint repair shop and will not be held responsible for fixing any paint failures that are noticed before, during, or after the detailing process. We can refer customers to qualified paint repair and auto body shops.

All of our services are performed professionally, and all precautions are taken to ensure we do not cause damage to the vehicle while in our care. Therefore, make an effort to let us know if any part is sensitive, broken, or loose so that we know to treat said area with extra sensitivity.

All of our services are performed in a uniform and repetitive manner on each surface we clean and detail. The appearance of the finished results are not up to us they are dependent on the condition of the surface before we start. Examples include panels that are previously heavily water-spotted, scratched, or swirled. These problems can be made to look better but cannot be 100% repaired because of the nature of the damage that’s inherent with water-spotting.

Smartwash Program

VIP Auto Spa Smartwash Program is a "maintenance wash and cleaning" designed for newer or previously detailed vehicles. It is not meant to be a deep cleaning or detailing service. Keep in mind that expectations and quality are different from a complete detail job.

General

VIP Auto Spa must see the vehicle before providing you with the final cost and time estimate. We reserve the right to adjust any over-the-phone pricing or time estimate after visually inspecting your vehicle. Any cost or time estimate we provide is not binding beyond 5 days from the date of physical inspection OR if the vehicle condition changes between the time the vehicle was inspected and the scheduled appointment.

Any testimonials on our company website reflect the real-life experiences and opinions of such users. However, the experiences are personal to those particular users and may not necessarily be representative of all users of our products or services. While we do our absolute best to bring your car to the best condition possible, the client must reasonably remain within a limit of expectations for the service. We do not claim, and neither should you assume, that all users will have the same experiences.

All Services completed and provided to you by VIP Auto Spa are considered final sales, and no refunds will be given. If a service we've provided does not live up to your expectations, we will work with you, the client, to meet those expectations within reasonable terms. Under no circumstances is VIP Auto Spa liable to provide a refund (partial or whole) for services rendered.

VIP Auto Spa's reputation is built on excellence, and we will not compromise our work's integrity by taking shortcuts. Therefore it's vital to allow for the total amount of time required to ensure excellent results and prevent errors. We know how essential cars are for our daily lives, so we request you to please plan ahead and schedule accordingly. We will do our best to ensure that deadlines are met, but some jobs will require more time than initially estimated. If this happens, we will keep you informed throughout the process.
