Ceramic Pro Coating is Not a Miracle ‘Set & Forget’ Product

Despite being very durable, ceramic coatings are not bulletproof. There is a HUGE difference between being scratch-resistant and scratch-proof. A ceramic coating that has been applied correctly can help resist scratches but is by no means scratch-proof. Beware of any hype that promises no maintenance as part of the deal. The vehicle still needs to be washed regularly with the correct techniques. We will provide you with an aftercare guide that highlights all you need to do to maintain your car’s pristine condition.

Ceramic Coating Results May Vary

Any testimonials on our company website reflect the real-life experiences and opinions of such users. However, the experiences are personal to those particular users and may not necessarily be representative of all users of our products or services. While we do our absolute best to bring your car to the best condition possible, the client must reasonably remain within a limit of expectations for the service. We do not claim, and neither should you assume, that all users will have the same experiences.

Cost Estimates

VIP Auto Spa must conduct a consultation with you and see the vehicle before we can provide you with the total cost and time estimate. We reserve the right to adjust any over-the-phone cost or time estimate after we have visually inspected your vehicle. A written estimate is good for 5 days. An estimate is not binding beyond 5 days of the date of the estimate OR if the vehicle condition changes between the time the vehicle was inspected and the scheduled appointment.

No Rush

VIP Auto Spa’s reputation is built on excellence and we will not compromise our work’s integrity by taking shortcuts. Therefore, it’s vital to allow for the full amount of time required to ensure great results and prevent errors. We know how important cars are for our daily lives, so we request you to please plan ahead and schedule accordingly. We will make our best efforts to ensure that deadlines are met, but there may be some circumstances that will require more time than initially estimated. If this happens, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Preparing Your Vehicle

Prior to the car detail, please remove all personal items from the vehicle and empty any compartments. If, for any reason, you do not want a particular area of your vehicle to be cleaned or detailed, please let us know before we begin a job. We will package any personal items we find while servicing your vehicle into plastic bags and return the items to your vehicle once we are finished. That being said, we will not be held responsible for damage or loss to any item left inside or outside the car.

Pre-existing Condition and Damage

It is important to perform a physical inspection of your vehicle and understand your vehicle’s exterior and mechanical conditions. VIP Auto Spa will not be responsible for any vehicle malfunction unless it’s caused and proven by one of our products or equipment. VIP Auto Spa will not cover dead batteries, headlamps, electrical, suspension, and transmission malfunctions.
